Great location, no help from staff.

Close to city center.

Host allowed , or did not prevent, another guest to enter our apartment by mistake. The other guest had taken a shower and settled in when we arrived. It was hard to contact the host to solve the problem. The other guest moved his things to the other apartment and gave us some towels from the other apt. Host described parking as “nearby” but was a minimum 15 minute walk away.

Bad experience

When I arrived, the owner didn't respond to my calls at all. She was supposed to leave the key outside the door as agreed, but it was for the ground floor apartment, not the one on the first floor that I had booked. After finally finding an accessible apartment with that key, it was completely messy, without heating, hot water, or bedding. The next morning, the owner was extremely rude and demanded an extra €20 for cleaning the apartment I entered because of, quoting her, "crumbs on the table." She gave me a key to another apartment that was relatively okay, but the owner is very unapproachable and rude.

Good for short getaway

Located in a beautiful alley, Rovinj is quite small so it’s near to many cafe and restaurant options, equipped kitchen is also convenient.

For a short stay it was great:)

The location was perfect if you like to stay in the center of a town where a store or a bakery, ice cream shop and even restaurants are just a minute walk away. The apartment was small but perfect for two people. Parking is 8-9 minutes away.

When I reserved the apartment, the pictures were completely different that the apartment we then stayed in. It was lovely as well, but the balcony wasn't really a balcony just a space with windows for a wall.

Locatation was excellent, the room was nice and comfortable. The shower was excellent.

The noise from the room above , they started at half five one morning and then drilling in the afternoon and evening. One evening they were moving furniture around and shouting. Theres very little soundproofing , you can here every word.

Great location, beautiful balcony including a very cute cat that visits often.

We were there in the beginning of April and the nights in the apartment were cold and the blankets only very thin - I assume made for warm nights in summer.

Location.

Cleanliness. No garbage bag in the bathroom, no ashtray on the terrace. We think that the bedding wasn't clean. We also didn't like the shower beacuse you always need to wet the hair under this shower. And there was a (bloody) stain on the wall, ... And when we arrived we waited for the 45 minutes for the owner to pick us up, ...

We arrived at 18:30 as previously agreed and we were directed to a car park 15/20 min. walk away from the apartment located on the center of the old town. The address would not come up on google maps and after exchanging 30min WhatsApp messages with the owner (who refused to answer the phone) we had to wait another 30min for the partner to come with his car to “taxi” us into the old town. After a short unpleasant discussion, he offered to refund the amount paid but then changed his mind and gave us one third of the amount paid. We decided non to stay in the apartment and found another place near by which offered parking in the facility. This was the worst experience in my life :(

The location; close to the old city; quiet neighbourhood

In the shower cabin there is no hand shower, there is no tap and it is very difficult to take a shower without getting your hair wet. There is coffee machine, but not coffee capsules that are suitable for that coffee maker. The time for check-in (too late after 17) and check out (too early max at 11:30) The cleaning lady entered the room and clean it already at 11h :-( without waiting me to check out The cleaning lady served herself with my food and drink from the fridge again without being checked out. When I asked her to give me what I left in the fridge, she replied that she was thirsty and drink it.....offering to give me money to buy again :-(

Studio is very comfortable with a nice terrace. Location is just perfect. Hosts were hospitable and helpful on check in.

Isolation is very bad. You can hear people talking floor above, thus I had difficulty falling asleep. Parking is remote as studio is in the center of old town, so if host doesn’t provide assistance with your luggage you will have difficulties especially on check out.

Stylish town apartment

Stylish, well presented and equipped apartment. Comfortable and convenient position. Friendly and patient host. Lovely balcony. Would recommend highly but needs some small attention.

Would have rated excellent but for the fact that the shower head was faulty/broken and sprayed water everywhere in the room. Also did not stay hot for long on the second day!

Superb

Apartment is so cute and cozy, situated perfectly near all facilities, including the bus station which is only 5 minutes' walk from it. Memory foam mattress (!), nice terrace, well thought out details, you won't be missing anything. Definitely value for money, you will enjoy your stay in Rovinj even out of season. Ideal get-away for couples.

Like at home

The apartment is quite nice and it has every equipment,which be needed. We have stayed there 6 nights and feeled like at home. Every morning we had our breakfast at the terrace and started to new day. When we come again in Rovinj, we will stay definitely at this apartment again. The owners of the apartment was extremely helpful. They did not have to help us, but they did and solved our big problem. Even this could cause some extra problems for them. I will never forget these such helpful people.

Super petit studio, propre, tout équipé décoré avec goût, très bien situé. Self check-in Très bon rapport qualité prix en hors saison.

- Pas de prises au niveau du lit, donc pas de table de chevet, ni de lampe de chevet, pas évident pour se lever la nuit quand le téléphone est à chargé à l'autre bout de la pièce. - Une bouilloire serait la bienvenue ;) - Isolation faible, on entend pas mal les voisins
