Appartamento pulito, spazioso, ben arredato, in posizione centralissima. Anche se è su una via piena di locali con molto via via anche di sera, l'appartamento è ottimamente insonorizzato e tenendo chiuse le finestre e con l'aria condizionata si dorme benissimo. Letto comodo. In bagno phon e kit prodotti per doccia. Piccola piastra ma sufficienti per piccoli pasti, bollitore e macchina del caffè (cialde incluse), stoviglie bene rifornite. L'host Zoran è venuto a prenderci al parcheggio (incluso, circa 8 min a piedi), si è dimostrato molto disponibile a fornirci consigli durante il soggiorno. All'arrivo in frigo abbiamo trovato acqua e birra fresche. In mezz'ora a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia di mulini e da lì alle baie del parco forestale di punta corrente.
Cuscini forse un po' troppo alti. Non adatto a chi ha problemi motori perché per accederci ci sono due rampe di scale molto ripide da fare.

Location, decor, cleanliness, parking spot, communication with owner.
It was practically perfect. There was music from the square (amazing street performers in Rovinj!), but everything quieted down by around 10:30-11:00 pm.

old city rush, people way to noisy and frying fish bar below apart; garbage truck every morning!
