Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, hatte hohe Decken, ein Klimaanlage gab es im Flur, die alle Räume kühl gehalten hatte. Die Wohnung war direkt in der Stadt.
Es wurde in der Anzeige „250 Meter“ zum Strand angezeigt - damit ist der Hafen gemeint. Der nächstgelegene Strand war ca. 1 km Fußweg entfernt.

Wszystko super, bardzo wygodne łóżko, kosmetyki w łazience, zestaw sztućców, lodówka, o wszystkim pomyślano :) Apartament w samym centrum, kontakt z właścicielem rewelacja.

Za centar starog dijela Rovinja, cijena je odlična, ako se uzme u obzir da se čišćenje, pristrojbe i porezi ne računaju, apartman je imao sve što nam je trebalo, čak i puno manjih stvari poput kozmetike, šampona i svega ostaloga. Lokacija ne može biti bolja, blizina svega. Komunikacija s vlasnicom isto odlična. Preporuke.

Avevo scelto il posto per le recensioni incredibili, l’appartamento non é male, ma non é neanche pazzesco. Eravamo in due, lo spazio é più che sufficiente, le porte un po vecchie, ma gli spazi ampi. Il bagno abbastanza carino, la doccia ottima. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma avere il freezer per l’acqua fresca è stato ottimo. C’erano lenzuola e asciugamani. Il proprietario ci ha fatto anche trovare delle bottiglie d’acqua in frigo, molto apprezzato.
Punto dolente però la pulizia. Sollevando il tappetino della doccia abbiamo trovato muffa, e le lenzuola erano macchiate. Anche la porta d’ingresso potrebbe essere migliorata: è uguale alle porte interne ed ha un vetro (coperto da una tendina) da cui però entra luce. Sarebbe bello avere una porta che garantisca una maggiore sicurezza, anche perché il portoncino esterno é sempre aperto.
