Superbly equipped apartment, with very nice interior at probably one of the best possible location in the town.
If I need to mention anything, the stairs are not super quiet. ;-)

Very central location and was comfortable for 2 x couples . It was easy to get to a short walk from where our car was parked and level unlike some of the inner streets of the old town . We were only in rovinj for a few days and found it ideal to experience this lovely town . Staff were very helpful and communicated well .
Being in an old building the stairs were very steep thankfully the room was on the first floor and not second .. could be an issue if you have any significant amount of luggage
