Apartment Roberta

Lokalizacja obłędna w samym centrum starego miasta. Apartament przestronny, świetnie urządzony i wyposażony. Duża sypialnia, salon z aneksem kuchennym. Sypialnia dodatkowa mała ale wystarczająca.

Jedyny minus to 4 piętro ale schody normalne do pokonania.

Excellent location. Fully working kitchen and two decent sized bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds with one being a little smaller. Working washing machine with drying line in the hallway.

The apartment is on the top floor with no lift so be aware if you have difficulty with stairs.

1. The location was great, literally EVERYTHING at your doorstep! Culture, history, restaurants, nightlife, activities, scenery, views, ice cream, and a small supermarket right over the road. 2. Two air con units, washing machine, fully stocked kithen, hair dryer, iron, tv, free wifi and everything else you could really need from a short stay apartment. Plus it's very spacious with a reasonable sized living area and kitchen. 3. Taxis can come right to your for as it's at the last part of the area where (very limited) cars have access too. 4. You can hire bikes from the host company and go almost anywhere. 5. The host in general was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat, and airport transfers - I would definitely rent one of their other apartments again for their phenomenal service.

Honestly, overall the apartment was pretty good, but there are three points people need to consider.... 1. The beds... we almost changed our accommodation because of them. But you get what you pay for. The apartment isn't expensive, so you can't expect too much, but the beds were particularly bad. Especially the one with the thin foam mattress in the second room. 2. There are SIX flights of stairs (and yes, no lift) - it was ok, but people do really need to know that in case they have any mobility issues - we expected it would be up some stairs (as are most places in Old Town Rovinj) - however if we knew it was up six flights, then we wouldn't have booked it with a baby and toddler. 3. For you this might be a positive, however there are concerts on a stage and live music right outside the apartment most nights - we had our very young kids (who somehow slept through it) so we couldn't go out and enjoy it, so it was a negative for us as a young family, but probably would've been a positive for any other group type.
