A wonderful apartment in a safe neighborhood close to beach and easy 15 minute walk to old city marina

No washer and dryer and oven but it was fine. No big deal.

Really nice and perfect appartment with a great balcony, sea view, well equipped kitchen and perfect location to a nice beach (crystal clear water, afternoon enough shadow areas, free fresh water, showers etc.). Walk into the city takes a while (~25min) but is nice along the yacht harbour. Parking in front of appartment available.

This apartment is a stones throw from a very pleasant beach, and the gardens are immaculately kept . The apartment has everything you need , and the balcony is very nice .We had dreadful weather so we were so grateful for a clean and comfortable apartment to spend time in . It was only a ten to fifteen minute walk along a flat road into Split Centre , or a slightly longer walk along the coast .. both pleasant.

A very pleasant apartment which had everything we needed.

It was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were delighted with the provisions supplied,for example: croissants, bread rolls, cheese and ham. The man who showed us round the apartment was very pleasant and helpful and made recommendations regarding restaurants and excursions.

It was quite a long walk into the old town but we got used to it and it was pleasant to walk along the coastal path.

Overall excellent!

Was attending a wedding at Villa Dalmattia which was 700 metres away and therefore perfect. The property was pristine and the host very polite and very helpful

What I liked outdid what I didn’t like. No nearby bars or restaurants!

Everything was absolutely fine, the family was nice, the owner of the house was helpful with everything. We felt completely at ease, nobody disturbed us, we could ask for anything we wanted. The owner himself communicated in advance. There was no need for reminders. I absolutely recommend.

Amazing!

Beautiful apartment and very kind host. They really cared about us and were always available for questions and tips. You reach the city center after about 25 min of walking, but we didn't really need to go there because the apartment has everything you need and the beach is right in front of it. The next supermarket is about 15 minutes away. We'd love to come back in the summer!!

Amazing, highly recommended

The property had everything you could possibly need and wonderful surprise gifts. Bedding, towels and linen of the highest quality. Lots of small areas in the garden for coffee or drinks. Beautiful plants on balcony and throughout the garden. Wonderful friendly hosts

Perfect place near the beach

The location was perfect. We enjoyed every minute. Close to the beach, near the city center, walking 15 Minutes, nice view to the sea. We would go back anytime.

Nice place just outside city center - at the beach

Nice place just outside of the center (2km) but literally above a nice beach. Parking for 1 car available. Very clean and very well equipped. Has a nice balcony and garden - with seaview. Liked it!

Perfect beach apartment

Excellent location - 2 min walk to beach directly across the road, 20 minute walk to supermarket . In upmarket area of Split within Marjan forest park - very quiet and peaceful away from the busy city centre. 30 minute walk into city was lovely. Apartment has everything you need . Very modern, clean and well-equipped . Has a large balcony and access to garden area too. Ante’s father showed us round and explained everything to us in detail and encouraged us to get in touch if we needed anything. Welcome grappa, pain au chocolat , bread, cheese, water and ham were provided and were very much appreciated after an early morning flight. Would highly recommend !
