Great staff, location and size of villa with great facilities.

Small issues were rectified quickly. Some parts of the villa need updating to make it luxurious but our group had a pleasant stay.

The layout and size of the property is excellent and great for a large group of family or friends.

Whilst the villa was great, a lot of things are getting tired and need updating - the kitchen has seen better days with fridge/freezer doors not shutting property. The dishwasher trays were missing lots of wheels so it was difficult to fill each day. The pool had recently been painted at the start of the season but the paint at water level is peeling off and kept getting stuck to our clothes and feet. One of the showers is missing a door as it had been broke previously but we weren’t made aware.

Possibly having an extendable awning to provide shade when eating outside during the day.

Spacious villa, reasonably good location

Property had too many defects. Old mattress and other rubbish at gate to apartment, two jets in jacuzzi not working, cross trainer and run machine broken, weight bench seized up, shower door missing, fire blanket missing, pool table cloth ripped, pool cues pool missing tips, veneer peeling off kitchen cupboards, water spout in pool not always working, drain beside pool blocked, boxes in garage meant not enough room for both cars, large hole in kitchen floor covered by wooden board (apparently in preparation for disability lift) tiles, pallets and railings lying around grounds of property. Initially no keys or locks on any internal doors including toilets/bathrooms which caused privacy issues as we shared with another family. We reported these issues and while the pool drain was fixed and internal door keys eventually provided the other problems were not rectified despite a number of visits from workmen. Not good enough for a luxury villa.
