Czystość apartamentu, stan pościeli i ręczników budził wątpliwości co do prania po każdym kliencie, brak wcześniejszego info że ogrzewanie jest dodatkowo płatne, próba obciążenia nas kosztami dowozu pilotów do klimatyzacji

The apartment is exceptionally spacious, great air con and the use of a lift was good, especially with shopping
Beds were horrendous, mattresses with no support, one bed was actually broken. There was no kettle, the tv switched on but had no channels, the balconies were filthy, even at the back. The general furnishings are of poor quality.
