Location was perfect for the Ashrams. The restaurant served great food and staff were helpful.
Occasional blackouts for a few mins esp when it rains but this is expected and not a disturbance. Would have been better to know this happens so you don’t start getting dressed at 3am to go down and see someone. Always restored immediately.

Complimentary breakfast good, stay was comfortable, location good.

The food in restaurant is great and pleasant ambience. Staff is helpful. Additional bed with cot is more helpful when the family count is odd number. The reception area and other areas outside of rooms were good.
Kitchen cupboards / drawers are dusty though we did not use but we expect to be cleaned.
A rat found in the backside of the Fridge in the Kitchen. Staff immediately allocated a new room. That's the only 2 cleanliness issues that we found.
