Cleanliness of room, courteous staff and owner

Wish there were more cutlery in the kitchen. For instance, spoons were not available during our stay.

Location and cleanliness

The caretakers were not available in d morning around 6am. We couldn’t get extra milk sachets and coffee sachets.

Friendlystay is truly a very friendly stay. I came to this property after staying in a hotel where I was not happy at all, as it didn’t have basic things like a clean room, bed, or bathroom. But when I checked the room at Friendlystay, it was very clean and neat, and I immediately decided to stay here until I found a house in Chennai. The staff are very friendly, there is no noise pollution, and the rooms are well maintained—especially the bathroom, which is usually the worst part in most hotels. Here, everything is kept very clean. There is also a common hall and kitchen where you can relax and enjoy your meals. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, so you don’t need to bring anything from home. You can simply buy groceries nearby or order through Zepto or Blinkit and cook your own food. This property has all essential amenities such as AC, refrigerator, and washing machine. The staff are always available to help at any time. The stay truly makes you feel like you are at home. If anyone is visiting Chennai, you can come here without any doubt—you will definitely be impressed by the experience. Instead of going to a hotel, I would strongly recommend staying here as it is very safe and secure. It has been one week, and I am vacating today with mixed feelings because the stay was so comfortable and homely. One important thing to note is that hotel rooms usually don’t match the pictures shown online. However, here everything is exactly the same as what you see, so you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to Sam and Latha (owners of the property), and a special thanks to the caretakers. You all are doing a great job—keep it up! Do visit and enjoy your stay in FriendlyStay. The location was exceptional. Rooms were clean.

Unnecessary and unwanted problems like being blamed for theft without proper evidence or enquiry on both parties. That too for a "Cheap Yogurt" just because the complainant was a foreigner.
