Kirishima miyama hotel

The staff was excellent. Although they did not speak English, they were patient as we used pantomime and Google translate to communicate. At one point one of the employees ran across the road to check the bus schedule for me. The hot springs were comfortable and one was always available.

THEY NEED TO HAVE BETTER DIRECTIONS THAT THEY WRITE THEMSELVES ON THEIR LISTING WITH BOOKING.COM,INSTEAD OF JUST PROVIDING A LINK TO GOOGLE MAPS! Especially with public transportation. Google Maps has you get off the bus in the middle of nowhere. I ended up hiring a cab to get to the hotel, which was really expensive. They could provide more materials to their staff about bus services up the mountain and other tourist venues. They are a little unprepared for tourists. For example, The front desk did not have the number for a local taxi.But they did everything they could to help and eventually found one from a neighboring business.

3階のお部屋に上がるのは階段のみなので、そこだけ注意

離れに風呂があってよかったです。露天風呂を利用させてもらいました。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

古い建物でも綺麗にしてありました。

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。 食事は美味しかったです。

入り口が急な階段で、キャリーバッグを持って上がるのがとても大変でした。足の悪い人はどうするのだろう…別の入り口があるのでしょうか？ 内風呂も貸切風呂も全部予約制のような形で、順番に入るシステムはとても不便。 貸切風呂は前に入っていた人の汚れ？だったのかお湯が気になりました。
