친절한 스태프, 프라빗한 야외 온천탕, 넓은 주차장 온천이 있는 료칸 수준이면서 가격은 료칸에 비해 저렴한 수준
더운 날씨인데도 에어컨이 가동되지 않음. 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 들고 객실까지 계단을 사용해야함.

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。 食事は美味しかったです。
入り口が急な階段で、キャリーバッグを持って上がるのがとても大変でした。足の悪い人はどうするのだろう…別の入り口があるのでしょうか？ 内風呂も貸切風呂も全部予約制のような形で、順番に入るシステムはとても不便。 貸切風呂は前に入っていた人の汚れ？だったのかお湯が気になりました。
