便利な場所。港の横。スーパー目の前。お散歩コースもあり。温泉で疲れを癒せる。スタッフは親切丁寧。台風でどこも行かれなかった私の気持ちに寄り添って話しかけてくれて感謝です。

フェーリー港からのアクセス良し徒歩で可能。ホテル隣にローソン、ホテル前にはAコープもあり◎、お部屋も清潔で気持ちが良いです。お部屋に入った時に木の良い香りがして◎、スタッフの方もニコニコ笑顔で気持ちが良く◎。朝食も地元産の食材使い(かんぱちのお刺身、薩摩芋もかき揚げ、さつま揚げ、などなど）郷土料理の提供もあり(係の方の説明付き♡奄美のイカ墨の入ったお味噌汁♡）土地の物を食べられて幸せでした♡　温泉からの景色も◎　温泉も温まって◎　併設されているカフェもあり◎

Perfect location and a short walk to the ferry port! Lawson and A-coop supermarket are close by if you need snacks or any quick supplies. Staff are very friendly and had great advice about the area and what to do! The tatami smells amazing and will give you an authentic Japanese experience. And also…. Sleeping on active volcano!!

No showers in accommodation, and need more warning about tattoos and the bath/shower before booking. After a big traveling and hiking day the only thing I wanted was a shower, so I was shocked to see the ‘no tattoos’ signage. It’s quite unfair, imagine parents taking their family to this accommodation and to find out they all cannot shower because mum and dad have tattoos… Please make customers completely aware of this on all online platforms.

窓から海が見える！ マグマ温泉が利用可能♨️

部屋全体、特に水回りから薬品のような匂いがして、私にはあまり合わなかったようで喉がやられました。 窓を開けて換気したかったけど、窓を開けることができませんでした。 そして温泉まで行く階段がちょっと怖い。温泉利用できる時間にも限りがありました。
