The location was excellent, the facilities were very good, the bed was comfortable, and the linen was top notch.
The couch was not terribly comfortable, but a minor point when we were out and about all day.

One of the most amazing things was staying in an older authentic part of Evora, walking down the lovely cobblestone laneways. The apartment was exceptional and very comfortable with everything you need, including local bread, cheese and wine. It’s perfectly situated. Luisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She’s a wonderful host.

spacious for two people
lack of professionalism: 1) owner forgot our check in time and had us wait in 38 degrees heat for over 20 minutes; she did apologize, but 2) later we found out there was no shampoo and hand soap bottle was empty; owner refused to provide shampoo and insisted we use the bar soaps in the bathroom.
