O apartamento era perto do centro histórico.
A localização em si, num local escuro, com muito lixo perto e muito barulhento. O apartamento não tem isolamento sonoro do exterior, ouve se tudo o que se passa na rua. A limpeza muito fraca e a cama e o colchão do quarto interior em mau estado , desconfortável. Poderia haver mais cuidado, nas roupas da cama , as almofadas muito irregulares e fronhas com sinais de muito uso. Sinais de falta de limpeza na casa de banho, atrás da sanita e bidé, pó e cabelos.
