De nette staat van onderhoud. Keurige badkamer. Mooi tegelwerk en zowel een regendouche als n los te hanteren douchekop. Er zou n handleiding bij de oven mogen.
Het matras, omdat het bed aan de smalle kant was. Geen gelegenheid om naar buiten te gaan, anders dan via de voordeur. Het balkon van 2 m2 was veel te klein.
