Really nice, modern and clean apartment (in 2023 still pretty new), suitable for 6 people / 3 couples. Very good facilities and activities (outdoor and indoor) for children within the accommodation. Nice neighborhood, close to the town center. Good communication with owners.

Perfect for smaller or bigger groups as well

The house is in a quiet place of Lofer, but still 10 minutes walk from the city center. The apartments are big, clean, and mostly renovated. There is a nice garden behind the house, where you can grill and chill, while the kids are playing. There are free bicycles to use! The owner was also very nice and helpful.

The apartments are well equipped, but there is no microwave owen. And it would have been even more comportable, if we get a little bit more dishwasher tabs, toilet papers, and some kitchen paper towel.

Perfect apartment to stay in Lofer - there are amazing views from the terrace, the apartment is situated in quiet location, still few minutes from the village center, swimming area, or cable car to Loferer Alm. The apartment we had is spacious, with two teracces. There is plenty of vehicles for children to lend and also bicycles for adults. In the garden there is trampoline, sandbox etc. The house keeper is very nice, no problem with anything. I would stay there again.

can’t think of anything except that we had to wait a bit to get the checkin done ..Host doesn’t speak English but her daughter does speak and understand if she is around .

Dobra lokalizacja Apartament przestronny j ładny

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo trudny. Właścicielka dała nam do zrozumienia ze jesli nie umiemy rozmawiać po niemiecu to jej nie obchodzimy. Posługujemy sie trzema językami w tym biegle angielskim i zrozumiale hiszpańskim, ale nie jesteśmy w stanie nauczyć się wszystkich języków krajów do których podróżujemy na calym świecie. Początkowo chciałam nawet kiedyś wrócić do tego miejsca, ale po próbie rozmowy z wlaścicielką kiedy to nawet nie starała się ze mną skomunikować stwierdzam że znajdę w Austrii bardziej sympatyczne miejsce gdzie właściciel nawet jeśli nie będzie umiał mówić w innym języku niż niemiecki sam wpadnie na to ze mozna się porozumieć za pomocą komórki i ogólnie będzie bardziej pomocny. Spędziliśmy w Austrii trochę czasu i 99% Austriaków właśnie takich bylo. Mieliśmy pecha jedynie co do tego mieszkania.

Fantastyczne miejsce, super lokalizacja, blisko do centrum,sklepów, basenów i wyciągów a jednocześnie na uboczu, bardzo komfortowe w pełni wyposażone apartamenty, super czyste, niezwykłe miła i pomocna właścicielka. Ekstra bonusem było to, że dostaliśmy kartę Saalachtal Salzburger dzięki ktorej mieliśmy wejściówki na basen, wyciagi i kilka innych atrakcji za darmo. Na pewno wrocimy!

Brak oznaczonych miejsc parkingowych. Brak komunikacji nawet podstawowej w języku angielskim.

Daumen hoch, für die FeWo, die Lage und den Ort

Die moderne Ausstattung und vor allem die zentrale Lage. In max. 10 Min. ist man fußläufig bei der Bergbahn oder beim Spar/ Billa, Bäcker, Metzger. Wir haben das Auto nicht oft gebraucht. Die Sommercard Saarlachtal ist inkl. und da spart man richtig Geld. Die Almbahn Lofer I und II würde für eine Familie (Berg- u. Talfahrt) sonst 64,-€ kosten ;-) Das örtliche Freibad ist auch for free.

Nur Kleinigkeiten ließen sich verbessern, das Wohnzimmer wirkt etwas steril. Ein Bild an der Wand oder ein paar Spiele in der fast leeren Wohnwand, wirken dann wohnlicher. Eine Kommode oder Schubladen für Unterwäsche und Co. wären hilfreich, da gibt es nur zwei Kleiderschränke mit Stangen, bzw. der eine Einlegeboden ist zu weit oben. Da hatten die Kids keine Chance.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Die Wohnung ist schön modern, absolut sauber und zentral gelegen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Bedenken sollte man, dass über der Wohnung eine Familie wohnt.
