Geräumige Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen mit 2 Bädern inkl. Toiletten, für Familie von Vorteil.
Kein moderner Standard, Einrichtung der Bäder besonders Duschen und Toiletten sind veraltet. Bei der einen Dusche war die defekte Halterung zwar ersetzt, aber trotzdem noch an der Stange belassen. Das Mobiliar im Wohnbereich ist spärlich, Couch für Familie zu klein, kein Sessel o.ä.. Das kleinere Bett ist sehr instabil und sehr geräuschvoll beim Bewegen im Schlaf. An der oberen Treppenstufe, beim Übergang zum Laminatboden ist die Aluminiumschiene defekt, teilweise lose und steht spitz nach oben ab, so gibt es ein großes Verletzungsrisiko. In der Küche gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Die Situation der Parkplätze ist nicht gut gelöst.
