Apartement is prachtig, schoon en mooi sanitair. 5 minuten lopen naar lift of centrum. Tegenover appartement wandelroute. Lokatie perfect. Lofer erg gezellig, ook mensen erg aardig.

Studio ligt aan doorgaande weg naar Salzburg, veel vrachtverkeer etcetera 5 meter vanaf voordeur, dus veel verkeer geluid. Pand was voorheen winkelpand. Ventilatie in apartement kan alleen via voordeur of klein bovenlicht, maar dan ook veel geluidoverlast.
