The Felix vacation rental (4–10 people) is located on the second floor of our house and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a modern kitchen-living room. It measures approximately 90 m² and offers plenty of space for the whole family or for friends who want to spend a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Each bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, and the couch in the living area can also be converted into a bed (sleeping area: 253/138 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine. The apartment also features a spacious balcony.



On the first floor of our house, there is also a ski storage room where our guests can safely store their ski gear in the winter and their bicycles in the summer. Ample parking is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building for our guests. In addition, our infrared sauna—located right next to the vacation apartment—invites you to relax and unwind after an impressive hike or a wonderful day of skiing in the Almenwelt Lofer. In the summer, our guests receive the Summer Card free of charge. We also offer our guests a bread roll delivery service, ensuring that your vacation with us leaves nothing to be desired.



Our family-run farm, first mentioned in a document in 1495, is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in the picturesque district of Scheffsnoth. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Lofer. Our vacation apartments offer the ideal accommodations for anyone looking to spend a relaxing, nature-filled vacation in the heart of the Alps.

With the Summer Card, you can use the swimming pool in Lofer for free during the summer season and visit the Vorderkaser and Seisenberg gorges. The Lamprechtshöhle cave is also free for our guests, as is the bus ride to the city of Salzburg. In addition, this offer includes free use of the gondola. On-site costs: Prices are per vacation apartment per night. A surcharge applies for stays of fewer than 3 nights. For guests aged 15 and older, an additional €1.70 per night is charged as a visitor’s tax.
