Fantastic! Would love to stay again!

Absolutely stunning. The pictures do it no justice!! Views are amazing. Very modern. Has everything you’d need for a self contained apartment. Polite neighbours. Close to hiking areas and restaurants. Welcome pack was lovely!

Couldn’t work out the panel on the wall to control the heating! No information given! No information on the situation with the bins, so was very confusing! The owners weren’t there and on holiday, and we found it difficult with bank transfer due to being foreign, wish it could have been through booking.coms system for ease! Not enough bin bags, coffee pods and no cleaning products so we couldn’t clean up after ourselves! The pillows were huge :/

beautiful and modern in best location

This house is brand new and super modern and beautiful, with amazing mountain view. It is located almost 20 minutes’ drive from Brechtesgarden (Königsee) and for those people without car, there are easy access to public transport. Our apartment was large enough with 2 Bedrooms with very comfortable beds and beautiful furniture, modern kitchen and kitchen stuff. a very large terrace with mountain view is available (only for 6er Apartment ). Bathroom is large and modern. From here you can easily and in a short time get to all highlights of the region. Nice Trails for hiking or biking are just in front of the door. Private parking and Wallbox is available

Truly welcoming and helpful hosts, very nice and kind. The place is brand new and idealy located for exploring the surrounding Alps by car. We could bring our dog also so all the family was happy :)

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Große Dusche. Voll ausgestattet Küchenzeile. Moderne Ausstattung. Fußbodenheizung etc. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die gemütlichen Fernsehsessel waren unsere Highlights. 😀

Nickis Bergcamp is mooi, netjes en gastvrij voor honden.

Het appartement is mooi, netjes en voorzien van moderne apparatuur en prima meubels. Daarnaast is Nickis Bergcamp een prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de omgeving én uitjes naar o.a. de Königsee en Salzburg. Ook onze hond Sammie voelde zich er op haar gemak, had in de nabije omgeving een overzichtelijk stuk grond waar ze los kon lopen en was welkom! Direct naast Nickis Bergcamp ligt een prima en betaalbaar restaurant (met mogelijkheid tot ontbijt).

Het was niet mogelijk om zelf de temperatuur in het appartement te regelen, dit vanwege centrale klimaatbeheersing in appartementencomplex. Voor ons was de 'centrale' temperatuur te warm (24-25 graden). Na overleg met de beheerder lukte het om de temperatuur na een paar dagen in ons appartement omlaag te krijgen. Maar daarvoor moest 's avonds en 's nachts de ramen worden opengezet en met de drukke weg naast het complex was dit qua verkeersgeluid niet ideaal.

Prachtige wandelingen gemaakt vanuit een toffe locatie met de nodige faciliteiten.

De ligging, je kon vanuit de chalet twee prachtige wandelingen maken. Het is gelegen op wandelafstand van twee kloven. Er ligt ook een restaurant aan de voet van de chalet en iets verderop is er nog 1. De chalet is heel mooi en praktisch ingericht met veel lichtinval. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren voorzien. Propere woning, ruime badkamer, alles wat we nodig hadden, was er. De hosts waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accommodatie is een ruime chalet met 4 woonunits. Deze hebben een eigen ingang en parking. De woning is goed geïsoleerd. We hebben onze buren niet gehoord.

Het is gelegen naast een drukke weg. Er was veel domotica, waardoor het licht overal vanzelf aanging, ook in ruimtes waar je niet kwam.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit unserem kleinen Hund. Alles war durch die Lage sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen. Sehr nette Gastgeber :) Traumhafter Ausblick von unserer Terrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten vom Standort aus eine wunderbare Wanderwoche.

Die Wohnungs hatte für uns, als Paar, mit Hund, genau die richtige Größe. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit unserem Hund konnten sofort in alle Richtungen eine Runde oder mehr drehen. Dazu tolle Wanderwege die nicht nur steil in die Höhe führen.

Die Wohnungen liegen direkt an einer viel befahrenen Landstraße. Das hat den Vorteil, schnell an seine Ziele in der Region mit Auto zu gelangen. Nachteilig ist die Geräuschkulisse. Da die Fenster eine Dreifachverglasung haben, hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts, jedoch natürlich auf Balkon und Terrasse.
