The hotel was in a great location- easy access to a Tube station with lots of lines going there. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and we were able to drop our bags there before check in. The room was comfortable with great facilities and was perfect for what we needed.
The only thing that I wasn't super fond of was the breakfast situation. The continental breakfast was a little pricey for what you got so we skipped it most days. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the room either which was unfortunate, but manageable!

I liked how the place was near the station. And yeah that’s it bye-
I loved most of it but the air conditioner was really loud and made it a bit hard to sleep, but overall it was a very nice place and I recommend

Location close enough to Hammersmith station.
We stayed at this property for a bachelorette trip and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The main issue was the bathroom: the walk-in shower was clearly not designed properly, as water leaked all over the bathroom floor every single time someone used it. There was a visible gap and no sealing strip on the glass panel, making it impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom.
When we reported the issue, the staff came to check and kindly provided extra towels. However, they also admitted that an entire piece of the shower door was missing. This made the situation even more frustrating, because I genuinely do not understand why rooms are still being given to guests when they are clearly not in adequate condition.
The towels were not a real solution at all, especially considering we were five people sharing one bathroom and shower. We also did not book an accessible bathroom, so this setup was unexpected and extremely inconvenient.
Even for a one-night stay it caused significant discomfort and frustration, and it completely affected our overall experience.
The only positive aspects were the very friendly staff and the convenient location close to Hammersmith station. Unfortunately, these were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the bathroom.
