    The room was fine, was spacious enough. But the furniture was full of dust. There was no telephone in the room to reach the reception. After personally mentioning these couple of things in the reception, no one was bothered. The way they expect things from customer, i.e checkin and restaurant payments, checkout timings, I feel they should stay upto customer expectations as well.

    Very untidy place managed by KSTDC Staff are very unfriendly and not bothered about business and customer! Very dirty unhygienic place full of cockroach and spiders! Highly do not reccomend!
