    The best thing about this place is their restaurant - the good is good. Restaurant is best and clean. Staff is very cordial. I didn’t find any specific problem with accommodation except the price seemed high but I am guessing since we went during holiday season just before Navratri so prices will be hiked irrespective of whether the place is packed or not. We stayed in the standalone building because the independent villas didn’t make much of a sense for the price being quoted. It’s not that there is a massive lawn or a private backyard etc and considering we were to wander around the whole day didn’t make much of a sense to pay extra for an experience that won’t be much of an experience . So overall no major complaints as such.

    Amazing place!!! The property and restaurant is so good. The staff is been so polite and courteous. Loved the place .. had a wonderful stay! Would surely visit again 😊

    Kusum resort is one year old property. We had booked a Cottage. The resort is in a very small plot of land. Hence, the cottages are very small...no free space to move around in the room. I was injured and cut on legs, by the sharp corners of the wooden bed 4 times. The washroom is not having shower curtain. Waterlogging in the washroom as no slope for water flow to the drain. They have a small swimming pool but non-operational. Dirty and colour water...no shower....no towels...no washrooms near swimming pool etc. Hence we could not use the swimming pool. The restaurant was good. But complimentary breakfast had only 3 items, served in small portions. Inexperienced and untrained staff. Overall experience was not as imagined and very poor.
