    Very comfortable resort Close to railstation and bus station. Very clean cottages were beautiful all amenities provided. Courtious staff. Reception Manager Mr Prabakaran was very helpful. Plenty of support staff.

    I landed up at the property at 1300 hours. They had no record of my stay claiming there's no electricity since morning. Around 1400 hours they switched on the generator. At 1700 hours I realised there's no water in the washroom. The staff kept on blaming lack of mains for the water pump not working. At 1830 hours the mains electricity came. Still no water. Apparently their water pump had conked off and the staff was not aware. Thereafter they started running around. At 2000 hours in sheer desperation I asked for two buckets of water and freshened up . The water supply was restored around 2100 hours. I would definitely not like to pay 3500 a night for this kind of harassment. Those still keen to stay here may like to check beforehand if water and electricity are available. All the Best.
