    Hotel is in the middle of busy street.Restaurant was operationation only for breakfast. no Lunch & no Dinner.

    Except for locational advantage, else all is totally disappointing. Stinking lift, rooms not properly cleaned, very bad food & beverages experience.... Demotivated and disinterested staff(as per feedback recd. from them, they have to work in multiple shifts, thus very low energy level; and thus least bothered..... )The menu card is of multi cousine food, but Chinese/Continental chef had recently left the job, thus no pizzas, no pastas, no Chinese food was available. They have tick marked the menu and only these tick marked dishes are available. For advanced paid breakfast, sometimes they lay a buffet and sometimes you have to order ala carte... they don't inform you about changes in arrangements....thus westing your sight seeing time. Overall very bad management...OVERALL A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SHEER WASTAGE OF MONEY....

    Veru limited food options dispite the elaborate food menu. Basic fecility of uninterrupted fast internet not available. Turned off at night and switched back on at 7am... with sluggish speed. Staff has very limited idea of running or helping the place.
