    Disappointing Experience – Poor Maintenance We checked in in the morning, even though the room had been booked from the previous day. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the property was quite disappointing. The rooms look much better in the pictures than they do in reality. This property is a good example of a hotel with decent infrastructure that is simply not maintained properly. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the fittings were in poor condition. The washbasin pipe was broken, causing the water to drain directly onto the bathroom floor. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected. This has been the worst experience we have had with a hotel booked through Agoda. The property clearly needs regular inspection and proper maintenance to ensure that the facilities are kept clean and functional. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to provide a bill at the time of check-out, which was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend that Agoda and the property management look into this issue and conduct an inspection to ensure that the hotel is being maintained to an acceptable standard.
