good location, clean appartment, nice landlady
Booking says the extra fee may apply for the pets but being told just before arrival that the fee is 12€ for one dog and night is unfair and we have never paid this much in Austria before (maximum was 30€ for a week); if you have a dog, go elsewhere.
Also, the garden has nothing for the kids (and the guests don't use it); if you have bigger kids and you are away all day, it's ok, with the smaller kids go somewhere else.
The brrakfast should be available but it's actually not.

The accommodation is in a lovely, quiet location. The apartment has a quirky, cozy layout in the renovated attic of an old building. Comfortable for a few days' stay!
There was room for improvement regarding cleanliness, as we noticed a dirty teaspoon near the sink.
