Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms with superb views. The breakfast was the best I had in hotels so far. The gym has more equipment than on the pictures. Location is great in the middle of the city 15 minutes walk away from the station, and the mountains.

The location is perfect. We were able to find parking on the street right next to the hotel. The spa is pleasant, and the breakfast was good, with plenty of options overall. The coffee machine also had oat milk available, which was a nice touch. The room was okay, quite and with all the basic amenities. The hotel is pet friendly.

In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star superior hotel and is not worth the price. For what you actually receive, I would say that half the price would be more appropriate. The elevators do not look particularly well maintained, and there were scratches and stains on the walls of the room. The minibar was completely empty. Of course, I don’t necessarily need anything in the minibar, but in a hotel of this category, you would normally expect it to be stocked. The room was average in size and had the basic amenities, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about it. The staff were rather cold and not particularly welcoming. When I arrived and said that I had a reservation, I was asked whether the reservation was actually for this hotel. It made me wonder whether I really looked like someone who could pay €340 for one night :) At breakfast, it would also be very helpful if allergens were clearly indicated for each food item. For people with allergies or for vegans, it is currently quite difficult to know what they can eat. Nobody wants to have to keep asking the staff about the ingredients in every dish.

Sauberkeit der Tische beim Frühstück - Tische verklebt und schmutzig. Service während des Abendessens war gar nicht gut. Man wartete sehr lange auf alles. Das Abendessen war nicht gut.
