Very kind staff and our room was perfect size for a few days to explore the island via scooter. It wasn’t more than a 15 min walk too to the center which I did on more than one occasion but the scooter made it < 5 minutes.

I have just a few words. Owners, staff, accommodation, island, just awesome.

Villa Antonella is perfectly located, not far from the village and the best beaches on the island. It is also very calm, except on Saturday night (many people passing by on bikes). The garden is relaxing, looking good, and breakfast is served in a nice setting. Wifi was working well. The owner is ready to help, as far as you can explain yourself in Italian. We could even ask for a salty breakfast because we are not fan of Sicilian sweet breakfast.

The staff hardly speaks any English which makes communication difficult. Prior to our stay, we tried to reach out to the staff but had late and limited answers. Also, we could hear everyday a man yelling (probably arguing with the owner) during the day, which was not pleasant to be honnest. The breakfast is so so, and it did not include all that the owner described in messages prior arrival and we expected better coffee (served in bottles) in Italy :) Finally, we have seen other rooms which were of poor quality and rented for the same price. Cleaning is not good, and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom.
