This was my second visit to Lo Stagnone and having previously stayed at a different property, I was able to make a direct comparison. Kite Hub Lo Stagnone was definitely the better experience. Massimo runs the business and contacted me a few days before my arrival, offering his assistance with anything I might need. He remained in touch throughout my stay to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after, which I greatly appreciated. My room had aircon and was very spacious, with a king-size bed and an additional single bed, so there was plenty of space for both me and my kitesurfing equipment. As the room was on the ground floor, I also had a private veranda with a sunbed, a table and a rack for hanging wet clothes and equipment to dry. It was a lovely place to enjoy a peaceful morning or relax in the evening. A family of cats and kittens often spent the night outside my door, and I really enjoyed their company. They are cared for by Caterina, who also prepares an incredible breakfast every morning. This was definitely the unexpected highlight of my stay. The variety of food available at breakfast is remarkable. You can order freshly prepared dishes such as omelettes, while several delicious cakes are baked every day. There is also a selection of fresh sandwiches and many other options. I always felt welcome and very well looked after. Breakfast is officially served until 10 a.m., but Caterina is happy to continue preparing food even if you arrive a little late. The service provided by Caterina and the other lady was exceptional. They also took care of the rooms, and mine was always kept spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, directly opposite the beach and, in my case, only around 100 metres from the kitesurfing school I had chosen. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily choose Kite Hub Lo Stagnone again on my next visit.

Location cannot get better, breakfast completely astonishing!

Perfect location, minutes from the kite schools and launch spots. If you get a sea view room you will have a beautiful view of the lagoon. All the bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. Massimo made everything very easy for us, helping us to arrange airport transfers even late at night and early in the morning, and organising bike rental (he also offers car and scooter rental which we didn’t use). Caterina is wonderful and makes great breakfasts each morning and takes care of the hotel. We slept excellently, and didn’t want to leave!

The water in the shower / bathroom is salty, I would buy bottled water to drink.
