Geniuine and warm hospitality, excellent Location also without a rental car, awesome breakfast

The breakfast was amazing. Loradona is an excellent baker. The property is peaceful and quiet. Nice rooftop deck where you can enjoy the sunset and kite surfers. Great place to stay.

The only reason to give 9 instead of 10 - the shower was not warm enough

* The homemade breakfast, with both sweet and savory options as well as fresh fruits. * The view from the shared rooftop. * The little garden is beautiful and relaxing.

* Construction work woke us up every day at 7:30 a.m. The hotel manager said there was nothing they could do, but they should have reached an agreement with the neighbor to delay the noise until after 9 a.m. during the works. The neighbor actually seemed willing to do so. It’s a shame, and hopefully this will be addressed for future guests. * We also didn’t appreciate being asked not to leave a negative review because “the situation is external.” Charging full price while the conditions are clearly impacted still remains the hotel’s responsibility. * The manager not speaking English made communication difficult. * Rooms 1 (and probably 2) are particularly noisy, even without the construction work, as they are located on the ground floor directly in front of the kitchen and breakfast area.
