Good location, right next to the lagoon and kitesurfing schools. It is also just a few minutes walking from a convenience store that has everything you need. The owners offer a shuttle service from/to the nearby Trapani airport or the nearby train station. There are 8 free bikes to use, and even some breakfast that I did not expect when I booked! (Some juices, almond-based sweets, some jam/nutella and bread, coffee and tea) I was pleasantly surprised by all the services provided, which were more than expected. The owners were also really nice, and very reactive on WhatsApp. There are two small dogs that are nice too. The facilities look brand new and kept very clean, and look exactly like the pictures. The garden is well kept with plenty of space to sit and chill or enjoy a meal. It is nice to have the shared kitchen/garden/terrasse because you can meet other travelers; thought most people are out and about most of the day, so you can easily have your peace too. Every room has either a fridge or a shelf in the kitchen’s fridge.

As for any accommodation, I would recommend taking earplugs in case you have a light sleep. But truly, I needed to put them on only for 2hours over my whole 7 nights stay, and that was the day I overslept, from 8am to 10am. So a reasonable time for people to talk in the corridor ;)

Very cozy and clean apartment with shared garden and rooftop with view on the lagoon. The shared kitchen was also perfectly equipped including free coffee. The next kite spot is only 5-10 mins walk and it was great that bicycles were provided for free.
