The romantic rooms are large, the size of a small apartment. The in-room air conditioner was very effective in the sleeping area. Fluent English from the staff, and the people we interacted with were warm and kind. The location is excellent, can't be beat! Staff was responsive and thorough with information when we asked for recommendations for nearby parking etc. We were able to check in immediately on arrival.
The room was a bit loud the second night, because there was a show happening in the park across the street, but sleeping with earplugs was very effective!

Only there for 1 night, but position is perfect overlooking the harbour and close to restaurants, the beach etc. It's a perfect place to be based to explore that side of Sicily.
Only complaint is that it was very noisy at night even with the windows closed. Probably because it was the start of the weekend and the Piazza Garibaldi is a meeting point for the youngsters.

Locatoin, cleanliness , friendly people.
Pillows not comfortable (had lumps) and linen probably washed many times (not smooth surface, but lots of pilling bits). Noisy from the outside, esp. on Friday night. Price is too high.
