Everything, clean, very cute, included parking, a nice pool and pretty grounds. Location is great about 10 minute drive to old town and 5 minute drive or (15 minute walk) to Erice cable cars. Very quiet and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Best of all is the owner Agostino and his staff that were all extremely helpful and kind. He made several great recommendations for dinners and tours to take. They even prepared a breakfast basket for us for our 6 am flight from Palermo when we left. Felt just like home! Highly recommend this great B&B!

The pool was amazing to have to relax in the afternoons. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was a beautiful slow start.

Augustino was the most wonderful host - so helpful, full of information and ideas of where to go. Having the beautiful pool was incredibly welcome in the hot weather.
Nothing to dislike! A tip though - if stairs are an issue ask not to have the room at the very top.
