Moselberg Riverside Cottages

The location is good far away from sounds of vehicles but surrounded by nature with sounds of variety of birds and rooms are not built with concrete

i came 10 years ago same time which then this cottage was very new. Regular upkeeping of rooms inside and outside is needed before new set people are let in . because first impression is best impression and ever lasting. Complaints of non functioning of taps, TV will not auger well the people. In the dining room , handwash near wash basin and tissue papers with sweet sombu will do good things

If you don't care about viewing lot a places just want to go chillin and comeback, I can't recommend a better stay than this.. Out of town, buzzing river behind.

Food prices can be reduced, hot water kettle was missing in the room.

i had a wonderful time here and already recommend it to several friends - the view from the rooms is incredible. each room has a lovely private balcony with a view of the river and rainforest, it was quiet and serene and the owners were super helpful and lovely!

Staff and service is inconsistent. On day one we loved everything, food was great too, but all things crashed on day 2. As the property is 2 km away from nearest market, you expect the kitchen to be well operational during the announced hours. However we were told at 8:40 pm that Kitchen was already closed (reception poster said that kitchen timing was 930 pm) which led to a lot of chaos as we had to get a taxi and step outside to buy dinner. Another occasion, they ran out of mineral water bottles and could only give RO bottles, and we had to go thirsty till next morning. The staff is helpful but was reckon drunk in the night and failed to understand or help.
