Great location. Staff look after bags when you go on a Trek. Food nearby is great and I loved having hot water and a balcony at this price. Thanks

Lovely hotel manger, who can arrange activities, recommend good places to eat etc.
Central location - easy walk to the Tea Museum.
Reliable hot water.
It is clean.
Not expensive!
Hotel has seen better days. Wifi reception is poor to non-existent. Beds are old and worn out. Toilet seat was broken (they fixed it eventually). Shower was broken (I fixed it with some pliers). Lots of broken things - the handles on cupboards, fittings in the bathroom that have been partly removed etc.
Also - it is noisy, the doors on rooms slam very loudly. After 11ish it quietens down. But for the price you pay, it is ok.
