Great location with easy access to all major spots nearby. The owner and staff were very friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. I do feel it’s slightly overpriced for what the room offers.
The property lacks proper soundproofing, so you can clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, even while in the bathroom, which points to poor construction quality. I hope the owner addresses this. There are also occasional issues with hot water, and you may need to wait for the staff to fix it before it becomes available.
