The property owner was really helping and polite
Privacy was little bit lacking as other room in the same villa was occupied by somebody else.

Best location to stay and breakfast provided was tasty. The premises was kept neat and clean. The staff was very polite and made all arrangements for us, Keep it up Winter Home.

The view of the balcony is beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The host was our highlight! She was super kind and helpful, we purchased the very affordable and delicious meals she prepared for us (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and she also helped us getting an auto to drive us around.
If anything, Munnar is a bit further than we expected and it’s hard to go around without a car/auto. Still our stay was so pleasant that the distance was worth it!
