Philip Mary Farm Stay

Everything was appropriate- nothing missing, and therefore created a perfect experience for stay.

Property is was very nice and near to the city centre and near by attractions. Host Joyekutty Philipp and Mary was very welcoming and friendly.

Joy Kutty, the host, was extremely welcoming, and he, along with his wife, took great care to ensure that all arrangements were in place. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, including the washrooms. The property itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained. Mr. Joy Kutty was very helpful in sharing local information and made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant throughout. The weather added to the experience, and the surroundings were serene, with lush greenery and spice plants all around the campus. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I highly recommend it.

Room allotment was not planned.

The property is in a lovely, quiet location surrounded by trees and birdsong. We found the bed very comfortable, the freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were friendly.

The shower needed more pressure, and the room was a bit warm (although maybe we should have opened the windows at night).
