Regina's Banyuls - Terrace apartment with a view, 100 m from beach

Nous avons loué cet appartement à Banyuls pour pouvoir marcher sur le chemin côtier qui est une pure merveille. Or, il a fait très chaud, plus de 30° dès la fin de la matinée, ce qui a rendu la marche plus difficile. Mais, en compensation, nous avons pu nous baigner dans la mer deux fois par jour. Et ce matin, avant de quitter l'appartement, nous sommes allés nous baigner à 8h00. Délicieux. L'appartement très bien situé, agréable et, surtout dans le contexte, climatisé, ce qui nous a permis de respirer ! Merci à Régina.

Hoping to stay there or in another of this person's properties in the future. This is a pleasantly decorated, very sunny place with really comfortable beds and a little heater for the cooler temperatures that we were surprised by.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement du dernier étage. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et décoré avec gout. La terrasse donne un vrai plus à cette location. Il est situé au pied des commerçants et notamment d'une boulangerie. Je recommande vivement cette location dans une région qui est de plus très belle.

This gracious little aparment is very conveniently located close to everything and is furnished with taste. However, to get access to the apartment is not immediate. The landlord is not living in the town and to get the apartment keys you have to drive to a local hotel fisrt and get them from the hotel owner. This is a rather simple process, however, in this town it proved to be kind of challenging as there are not so many parking possibilities neither close to the hotel nor close to the Aprtment and the streets are very narrow. But finally we managed to collect the keys, leave the luggage close to the apartment and park the car at the parking of the trainstation. I must say that after some hours of driving this was kind of stressful. Probably it is an easier process in the low season. Once in the apartment we were very pleased with the furnitures and the rooms. There was not toilet paper, which for me is not ok, as at least one roll should be available. So I had to get out again an look for a supermarket whilst my 5yo son was waiting in the bathroom. One last negative aspect is that the apartment is not much sound proof, so on our last day were woken up by some other guests in the house that were leaving their apartment at 5:00 in the morning. To conclude: I would have appreciated a little more care to guarantee a smooth arrival (somebody at the apartment waiting with the keys and, why not, some toilet paper to address us to the closest parking) and some rules for the other guests advising them that the apartments are not soundproof. Beside this the apartment can be reccomended. The landolord offered an excellent and prompt remote support with all the necessary information to spend a good time in this lovely town. The position of the apartment is excellent and close to everything. The apartment itself is also very nice and comfy and worth its price.
