Location is perfect for week at the beach and surrounding area, easy 5 min walk from the apartment to the beach/boulevard, restaurants. Apartment is small but adequate, a bit of maintenance on the backlog, nothing serious. Very nice airco during this heat wave period. Regina stopped by to check on our arrival, very friendly and good tips for the neighborhood - perfect!
Advertisement pictures suggests that there is a patio with the apartment, that is misleading: the few chairs and a table near the front door of the apartment building is for all residents "use" - take it out of the advertisement, no expectations = no disappointments ;-)

It was all great really. The kitchen cupboards are super high up, so you need steps to see inside, but it didn’t really matter to us.
