Equipped for 6 people, it comprises:
On the ground floor: a living room with direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso espresso machine), a storage room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor: a shower room with toilet and three bedrooms.

💰 Rates and conditions
🧽 Cleaning fee: €250 upon advance request.
💳 Security deposit: €900 (not cashed, returned after your stay)

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.
If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €500 may be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏
