Recently renovated on three sides, the property offers direct private access to a large garage. The garage is equipped with a remote-controlled automatic gate and a side gate.
All amenities, such as shops and beaches, are within walking distance.
You’ll find all the comforts of a primary residence: washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 flat-screen TVs...
For cooking, you’ll find everything you need: a food processor, microwave, conventional oven, 4-burner stovetop, as well as high-quality, brand-name tableware to set a beautiful table.
A large living room with a view of the harbor and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy meals with a direct view of the old harbor, the church, and the Place de l’Obélisque.
Three large bedrooms, one of which features a private shower and toilet.
Four bicycles are available, equipped with locks and baskets for your rides. Just bring your own helmets.
End-of-stay cleaning is included so you can enjoy your stay right up until the very last moment if you wish.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, avec des procédures d'arrivée et de départ parfaite, une location propre, spacieuse et une vue magnifique sur le port. Tout est à proximité à pied, que ce soit les commerces ou les plages...la contrepartie est que c'est un peu bruyant pour nous qui sommes habitués à vivre à la campagne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Alles war wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern dargestellt und alles hat auch funktioniert.
Die Wohnung besticht außerdem durch ihre Großzügigkeit und durch liebevolle Details.
Also kann man sich ganz auf den Ausblick konzentrieren und ins Hafenstadt-Leben eintauchen.
Es wurde jeden Tag auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und abends gegrillt.
Da die bodentiefe Fenster sich flexibel verschieben lassen wird auch der Wohnraum zur Terrasse.
Idealer Standort für viele Aktivitäten. Baden, Wandern und „Faulenzen“
Zur Entschleunigung beigetragen hat überraschenderweise auch das Einkaufen.
Bäcker, Metzger, Weinhändler, Fischhändler, Obst und Gemüse, Zeitungen und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder.

Vue superbe.pas faite pour des personnes âgées car beaucoup de marches .
