About this apartment rental
Spacious duplex apartment in a small 2 apartment building located in the 'Old Banylus'.
Its 4 bedrooms, vast living room with open plan kitchen, Its 4 bedrooms, 3 terraces, of which 2 are south facing with panoramic view of the Banylus bay and its complete equipment will allow you to enjoy your stay as comfortable as possible.
3 bedrooms have a double 200x 160 bed or 2 200 x 80 single beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 190x90 single beds. All bedrooms have much storage space. In summer days, the air-conditioning will allow you to sleep comfortably.
Every storey has a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the main terrace, where you will find a large table for 12 persons and a BBQ.
The apartment is equipped with Internet access DVD player and a HI Fi Player.
Sheets, bath towels and cleaning are included. The apartment should be left clean and tidy.
Everything is accessible by foot, less than 500 m away (the village, shops, beaches, etc.) a large garage will allow you to forget about parking problems.

This property was beautiful! The views from all the balconies was breathtaking and the location was perfect for us. Lots of uphill walking so keep that in mind when booking. Need to be in good shape to walk up and down every day. The weather was good and we had an unforgettable time in the town of Banyuls. Thanks Krystelle for your hospitality!

Light, airy spacious apartment on 2 floors. South facing with elevated views over banyuls. The apartment is extremely well equipped almost like home.

We found that the walk to the beach and town was a bit too difficult for people our age -70.
Down hill was OK but the hike back was not.
There are no taxi's available either.
