The hotel looks good. The staff is polite.
The room is very small. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low; I could barely manage to shower. The hot water wasn't hot at all—on the contrary, it was lukewarm. Considering this is the most expensive hotel in the area, I was somewhat disappointed with the room conditions.

Good hotel with decent sized rooms and a half board option. Well located near Silver Lake and the waterpark with the pool you see in the photos is 500m away. Very warm and friendly welcome from the guy on reception, who helped us arrange excellent massages with Maya on site. The breakfast and evening meals offered good selections for all and there was plenty of food.
Hadn't realised that the pool was separately managed - but this wasn't too much of a problem and we enjoyed our day there.
