Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The double bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is solid.
Triple bedroom, actually an apartment is not for 3 persons. "Third bed" is a small sofa very uncomfortable and for a small child.
They cannot sell it as triple room. Appartament was cold when we arrived, needed 4 hours to heat it with heater.
In a room for 2 person you have a kettle but no cups, you have only 1 glass and if you ask them to change the room they charge you with extra 21 euros.
Not very professional and not a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic staff, incredibly helpful in everything and super willing to lend a hand, whether it is to call a taxi or to lend an ironing board. The breakfast is pretty good, and the hotel is peaceful. Lovely stay; I would definitely come back.

The complete hotel was excellent starting from the ladies on reception who were very kind, helpful and all the time with a smile on the face. The rooms was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
