Breakfast was good. Staff accommodated all requests including keeping my oak drink in the fridge and then followed up if I was allergic etc to dairy…..I’m not just prefer oak drink in my coffee !

The location and the views from the lounge and dining room were lovely.
The lift was efficient and fun!
Staff were friendly.
The bedroom was clean and warm. The only downside was that there was only one half toilet roll available on arrival, which proved problematic.
The breakfast tea was unpleasant. The teabags were not good quality.
For a four star hotel I felt that breakfast was not as good as I’d expected - freshly cooked food but small portion for items other than the full Welsh breakfast. Only sliced bread available and although croissants were listed on the menu,they were not on display.
