Lovely staff, we ate in the hotel each night and the food was very good, lovely views from our room, I asked for a room near the lift and that is what I got which is great
Wasn't keen on the breakfast, everything you wanted was there and it was all buffet style, but a lot of it was very dried up, I tried the bacon one day but was very hard, so just stuck to toast, shame really, I think it was cooked too early and put out, its a bit old fashioned and could do with a bit of an upgrade, but on the whole I would go back

We liked the Hotel. Couldn't fault the food it was really good. . Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in criccieth. Plenty to see and do plenty of places to go.
The bed in our room was the only problem. It was an old bed with a spring mattress and not very comfortable. I did mention this on leaving and was thanked for letting them know and assured that it would be changed ASAP. Would stay there again as apart from this the hotel was great.

Evening meals & breakfast were good.
Car park, proximity to venue we were attending.
We were in Room 31 and the standard of cleanliness was not very good. While the rest of the bathroom tiling was good much of the grouting in the shower cubicle was black & generally grubby - so much so that we didn't use the shower.
Small details like the batteries in the TV remote were not working.
