It’s all about the location, st Michel, notre dame, rue de la huchette. Best walk around location in Paris
Hard to sleep with all the noise outside. The busy street means lots of people walking and very noisy all night long in the summer. The rooms could benefit from double paned windows to lower the sound at night. The rooms and bathroom are Parisian size, very small and not very comfortable.
