Good hotel but it is also a casino - not a fan, they appeal mostly to the vulnerably addicted. If you can go in there and happily lose a few bob, perfect!

The romm which i booked was single but they gave double but was small compared to 4 star tea and coffe maker was there but drinking water not provided Breakfast was good as they gave me what ordered[ala carta] as I need only halal with fruits egg bread coffee. Near by there is turkish restaurant halal food hotel didnt charge me for early checking was very friendly all
Car will not come near we need to walk TC if toomuch luggage hat off to both of lady reception who was very helpful and cooperative and smiling face as my first stay in Bulgaria.

Clean and great situation.
Hotel is OK, rooms are clean but there is an awkward service.
The hairdryer was not working and the receptionist said that hairdryers are not for hairstyling and the people with long hair are damaging the hairdryers and that she cannot open a hairdryer factory in the hotel…..she gave me one of course but the speech was ridiculous. Looks like people with long hair are not welcomed….
We were with guests from Canada who left early in the morning. At the checkout the same person told me that they have broken the toilet seat and that I have to pay 100 leva. I refused and she said she can call the police to solve the problem. I told her that the plastic toilet seats are quite old and bound to break and the hotel cannot charge its clients to change their used stuff. At the end she calmed down but what a weird attitude. We asked our guests and they said the toilet seat was loose and moving in all directions.
Another thing. When I was looking for three double rooms Booking suggested an apartment for four people. I reserved it without looking at the pictures. The apartment is very nice but the two double beds are in the same room which is a bit awkward. The space is enormous, it could be arranged in a way with more privacy.
We will not use this hotel again.
